The following pool hours and dates will be in effect for 2022

• May 28th thru June 24th – Weekends Only

• June 25th thru September 25th - Daily

• The pool will be open for swimming from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, at which point in time, Security will lock the pool fence gates.

• Lifeguard hours will be between 10:00AM and 6:00PM. on the weekends and between 11:00AM and 7:00PM weekdays. 

• If you use the pool after 7:00PM, please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

• Security will turn on pool lights as required during evening hours. 

 

Guidelines for use of the pool

·      Pool is for use by owners and renters and their guests only. If you are renting your home and did not complete the “Renter Information Form”, your renters will be asked to leave the pool area.  

• Food of any kind and alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere in and around the pool area and nor the veranda. Nonalcoholic beverages are permitted if they are in plastic containers, which must be taken away from the pool area when you leave.

If lifeguards see anyone eating on the pool deck or on the veranda, they will notify Security who will immediately issue a ticket to the homeowner. 

·      Children who are not toilet trained or in diapers must wear waterproof undergarments

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

·      The lifeguards hired by Pebble Cove are for pool operations and safety only. Lifeguards are not to be used as camp counselors or babysitters, please see that your child(ren) are properly supervised in the pool area.

·      Beach goers must rinse off any sand from their bodies, using the provided pool patio shower, before entering the pool.

• Additional pool regulations are posted at the pool location.

• All homeowners are responsible for their renters receiving a copy of these rules and will be accountable for any violations by their renters.

 

Beach

• The beach will have two lifeguards on weekends and holidays from June 24th through September 5th, inclusive.

• Hours for the beach lifeguards will be from 10:00AM until 6:00PM.  

• While swimming in the ocean, we strongly advise that you swim only when lifeguards are on duty and between the flags that are mounted by the lifeguards. Lifeguards cannot safely view swimmers who are beyond the flags.

 

Beach Chair and Umbrellas Service (same as beach lifeguard hours)

• May 28th thru September 11th

  • One beach attendant on weekdays

o   Two beach attendants on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays       

 

Swimming Risks

Beach and pool lifeguards are provided for your swimming safety. However, all swimming is at your own risk, and if you swim when no lifeguards are on duty, you increase that risk.

 

Significant costs, board time and energy have gone into re-building our pool, pool patio and veranda. Please keep it clean and make sure your guests keep it clean for everyone to enjoy.
